Cornish Sunrise
Something prompted me awake at five a.m. this morning.. Whatever it was I was glad of it. Perhaps a photographer’s sixth sense? When I looked out and saw the colour of the sky I knew I’d have to take a picture or two and share them here.. :-)

Thank you Karen. It was wonderfully still. The blades on the wind turbine were stationary, the first of the birds were starting to sing.. my favourite time of day. :-)

A gorgeous colour swash right across the sky there … such a lovely aspect from your patio .
… and yes … I can definitely now see it’s a white horse which we saw running along the top field in the dimpsy … Lol

Yes, no contrails drawing unwanted lines across the sky Poppy. Yes definitely a white horse and not a camper van off road.. I should wear my glasses more, definitely. :-D

That was indeed a outstanding sky. Wish I was able to just wake up at five am in the morning. I am sure it would improve my photography quite a bit…
